Maniatic@s talks about those small and not so small manias that we all have, consciously or not.
Can we differentiate between those common manias such as that of those who systematically read the newspaper from back-to-front, to those more extravagant manias such as cleaning all the food jars and packets before putting them in the fridge. We question ourselves as to why we get restless when we see a picture not hanging straight. Why does our pulse race, and although we try not to do anything, why do we finally end up going back to the picture to put it straight? AS IT SHOULD BE!
In addition to our individual manias we are talking about other peoples, which when looked at objectively can convert itself into one of ours.
In Maniatic@s, we expose these types of manias as a reflection of a hypochondriac and less tolerant society, as one pot calling the kettle black….
WE ALL have manias, including those that believe they don’t and who always believes that the neighbour’s mania is the worst in the world.
